Charlotte and Kelly were both excellent in their care and knowledge when dealing with my case.  They were always very easy to contact and prompt with replies which was very important to me.  They acted with professionalism but also empathy and really cared about the outcome and my wellbeing.  Moreover, they are both lovely people who care and have compassion.
